Santa Giulia Beach in Corsica (France) is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the Mediterranean — many people call it paradise for a reason. One of the biggest draws is how calm, shallow, and clear the sea is. The water has a lovely turquoise hue, especially close to shore in the lagoon-part. It’s almost like swimming in a natural swimming pool rather than the open sea. The beach has soft, almost powdery white sand, which contrasts beautifully with the bright water and green vegetation.
